Page France: Hello, Dear Wind re-released on Suicide Squeeze

Suicide Squeeze is set to rerelease Page France’s second full-length re-release, Hello, Dear Wind, on September 12. Originally out November 1st of 2005 on Fall Records, the album garnered a stack of praise. Among them, Paste Magazine listed Hello, Dear Wind as #45 in their top 50 albums of 2005. Page France began working on a new album in July and toured in August for three weeks.

Page France’s PureVolume states:

To make things concise, Page France has pieced together a story that tells itself differently each time it speaks… one day, it ends happy.. the next day, it ends sad..and the day after, it doesn’t end at all. If you are still asking, “who?” and “what?”,you are going to miss out on something that may just be worth finding out. There’s no need to be a stranger.

Formed in 2004, this Baltimore “seamlessly conjure and resurrect the timeless talent of folkloric storytelling, offering a spirited mix of musical campfire sing-a-longs, lovelock tales and whimsical pop classics all with a delicate dash of youthful exuberance.” (Riot Act Media)
