Micah P. Hinson And The Opera Circuit: new album, US tour
When Micah P. Hinson released The Baby and The Satellite on Jade Tree, it was essentially a collection of music he had recorded while developing as a singer/songwriter. His music had gathered critical praise and this Texas kid began building a following in the UK. The release gave him time to get into the studio and record new material. No longer a one-man outift, he now has a band behind him, The Opera Circuit. This week, Micah P. Hinson released his sophomore disc on Jade Tree: Micah P. Hinson And The Opera Circuit. It was first released in the UK on August 28, on his UK label, Sketchbook Records. Both Jade Tree and Sketchbook are streaming the entire album on their sites.

Micah P. Hinson and The Opera Circuit is hitting a North American tour with Oakley Hall. The two bands will perform 21 shows, stretching across both coasts. Dates are listed below.
