Jeremy Enigk: The Interface, tour dates

Posted by Flick in Uncategorized on 10 12th, 2006 | View Comments

Jeremy EnigkJeremy Enigk sat down with The Interface (AOL) on September 24 and discussed his album, World Waits, which hits the streets on October 17. Jeremy Enigk "is one of the most underrated, yet insanely influential, artists of our time," according to The Interface.

In the interview, Jeremy explains that when The Fire Theft was dropped from Rykodisc Records, he decided to form his own label, Lewis Hollow, to release his solo material. The Fire Theft is talking about releasing an album through Enigk's label. Once money is no issue, he'll consider signing other bands.

For his solo tour, Jeremy Enigk has a five piece band behind him. They'll perform 6 songs from World Waits, 6 songs from Return Of The Frog Queen, Set it On Fire from The United States Of Leland soundtrack, and a song from Sunny Day Real Estate.

    about us

Puddlegum began in 1997 as one of the first online music magazines. It is managed by Flick, and has gained respect from many in the recording industry.

Over the years Puddlegum has accomplished quite a few things we are proud of:
Being mentioned by Thom Yorke during a BBC Radio interview (concerning our Tens Theory), and being written about in Rolling Stone. We have also made the front page of TUAW, Digg, and VH1’s Best Week Ever, and have been featured on USA Today, and Reuters.
