Darkroom: Jets that FlyPuddlegum will be releasing Darkroom’s Jets that Fly EP in early March, 2008. Darkroom and Puddlegum are offering a pre-release of Jets that Fly as a free download during the Holiday Season.

Darkroom’s pre-release of Jets that Fly comprise of four tracks that were recorded, mixed, mastered, and co-produced by Flick (Puddlegum) in a spacious cabin in November, 2007. The official release will include additional tracks, and will be mastered by TW Walsh (Pedro the Lion, The Soft Drugs).

Darkroom will begin touring December 28 in support of the pre-release, staying on the road until January 8. Jets that Fly will remain available as a free download until the end of the tour.

DarkroomDarkroom is an epic rock group that hails from Warsaw, Indiana. They write compelling lyrics that are full of imagery, adding color through melodies. Guitar and piano driven, Darkroom isn’t afraid to change time signatures in their songs, or mix in xylophone, horns, synth, and sleigh bells as the song requests.

about us

Puddlegum began in 1997 as one of the first online music magazines. It is managed by Flick, and has gained respect from many in the recording industry.

Over the years Puddlegum has accomplished quite a few things we are proud of:
Being mentioned by Thom Yorke during a BBC Radio interview (concerning our Tens Theory), and being written about in Rolling Stone. We have also made the front page of TUAW, Digg, and VH1’s Best Week Ever, and have been featured on USA Today, and Reuters.
